I expected much more from this place based on its Google rating. We had to wait quite a long time before the staff came to take our order. The coffee was disappointing, and the food did not meet our expectations either. The restroom could also be much better maintained. Considering the quality of the service and food, the prices felt quite high. Overall, I expected a lot more from a French café in Paris.

We were visiting Paris for the first time and staying nearby, and after seeing so many great reviews we decided to give this place a try and we are so glad we did. The Cobb salad I ordered was absolutely amazing, and my picky son loved his penne with tomato sauce. It wasn’t even on the menu, but they happily accommodated him, which we really appreciated. My husband had the calzone and said it was mouthwatering. I also have to mention the chili oil — I love spice, and it was delicious and hit just right without overpowering anything.
