This is the best discovery of the last few months. It's truly delicious from appetizer to dessert. It's beautifully presented; we particularly appreciated the elegant presentation, and the combination of flavors is especially skillful. The mocktails are very well-balanced; we tried them all (over two evenings). The gyoza appetizers were magnificent. As a big gyoza fan, I loved them. The pork and shrimp dumplings (cooked in a bain-marie) are equally impressive. The tuna tataki is my favorite appetizer. Excellent fusion restaurant with very welcoming staff. The signature dish, "Tiger's Tears and Rooster's Crow," is nice, but I think it's a shame it's not served as two separate courses—but that's a matter of choice. The side dishes are very well seasoned; it's good that nothing is overlooked.
