C. L.★★★I regularly bake Neapolitan pizza at home in my pizza oven and had heard from several people that Arche Noah also serves Neapolitan pizza. So I was eager to try it. The pizza wasn't bad overall, but anyone expecting a classic Neapolitan pizza will likely be disappointed. We had two different pizzas, and in both cases, the dough was quite thick, dense, and undercooked in the middle. The typical airy, light texture with the little air bubbles in the base was completely missing.
