I ordered venison for the first time in my life with a lot of uncertainty. I was so surprised as the meat was cooked perfectly. The pear added a great crunchy and sweet flavor! The pizza (probably called Flamkuchen) was awesome too - better than what we had in Heidelberg! Of course we were swayed right on the water and it was beautiful! Highly recommend it.

Great views of the river here as it passed through the old town. The seating outside is quite limited but the restaurant is itself is very big. Couldn't fault the service, staff, beer or food. Well worth a visit.

One evening, my partner and I visited here. The location is excellent, and the building really impressed us. We had dessert and drinks. However, the service was disappointing after we indicated that we did not want to place any further orders (while he rolled his eyes when taking the order). Additionally, one of the glasses was sticky and dirty on the outside. (And that wasn’t framed by the beer foam.)
