We visited Haus Masuren for the first time on April 11, 2026. I was quite skeptical beforehand, but I was pleasantly surprised. I can't understand the bad reviews here. The waiter was excellent and explained everything to us. The food was incredibly delicious, from the soup to the main course—everything was perfect. There were seven of us, and we'll all be back again because we want to try the buffet. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

We were guests at a private event. The buffet was generally fine and the food tasted okay. Unfortunately, the otherwise positive impression was significantly marred by the service. When we politely asked for a clean plate or a fresh glass, we received the unfriendly reply that we should take better care of them, as no one was assigned to clean. I find such treatment of guests inappropriate. Even when we sat together briefly on the terrace after the event, we were rather rudely asked to leave. It's a shame, because such an attitude completely ruined the otherwise good impression of the food.
