Disgusting! I ordered a chilli chicken wrap but got a disgusting mayo wrap instead. I informed the staff, but they insisted it was what I had ordered. See photos: expectations vs. reality.

Unfortunately, the burger bun was soggy like it was heated in a microvave. I never had so bad food in any mcdonalds before. The service was good, the place was clean, but the food was unedible.

Waiting time is 20-30 minutes, they mark orders as ready, they show on a display and then you wait for 15 minutes more. Messy, noisy but not much productivity. Food is worse than usual and the location is terrifying, I'd avoid the whole Köpenick altogether.

terrible cheese burger, the meat was super dry. terrible cola, diluted with ice and water. terrible fries, cold, tough and dry. will never go back if I have tge chance
