I was extremely satisfied with my visit. The place was packed, so we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. While we were waiting in line, the staff offered us samples of two different cakes—a lemon cake and a banana cake. Both were absolutely delicious. It started raining briefly, and the staff immediately provided umbrellas, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The service and hospitality were exceptional. We wanted to order walnut banana cake but it was sold out. So we ordered something else, but once the cake was ready to sell again they bring 2 pieces from the house. It was such a lovely and nice gesture. Other than that, food is great and they are super kind. I’ll come back again :)

All the girls who were on service today were so friendly and welcoming, especially with my German being REALLY poor. The service was excellent as was the food and drink. The cinnamon buns were delicious as was the chai latte. My only criticism would be that the chai could be a little more aromatic but that's a personal preference and I'm sure most won't mind it at all. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Hamburg. Thanks to the staff for the warm welcome 🤗
