My first time at Naardoun. Got the Fessenjoun and Kabab- Schale (Kaseh Kabab). Right away the plating looked clean and put together, which set a good first impression. The rice was actually good quality, which given the current situation is something you barely come across anymore. On top of that it was cooked with animal fat, and that combination made it really stand out.
