It was a lovely breakfast experience. I needed a good and quick breakfast before I went to my doctor's appointment. And they didn't disappoint. I didn't have to wait long to be served. The staff was attentive, friendly, and courteous. The ambiance was cozy and elegant. Given the chance, I will be having breakfast at Cafehaus Bormuth again and try their other breakfast offers. ☺️

I love going here for breakfast and to catch up with my friends over "Kaffe und kuchen". Very nice atmosphere, lovely staff, and great views if you manage to get a seat by the window upstairs. Im huge fan of their avocado toast and potato rosti...n the apfel strudel is great too.

That was one of the most disgusting and overpriced cakes I have ever tasted. It was so horrible I will never buy anything from there again. It would be more affordable and tasty if you just make a cake at home, instead of wasting your time with this place.

Cafe Bormuth is a landmark in darmstadt and serves as one if it's coffee houses that still retains its old world charm. As far as the bakery is concerned, it offers a selection of breads and pastries that are a delight to the senses. They have two menus. One is a fixed menu and the other keeps changing. Their breakfast options are awesome and they make one of the best half-fried and scrambled eggs in town.
