Very busy on a Thursday night in January. I was lucky to get a seat at the bar. 7-8 dishes on the chalkboard. I had a tasty lamm burger. They also serve Flammkuchen.

This is the best chicken sandwich I've had in a very long time. The chicken was grilled perfectly, with mozzarella, pesto and some creamy white sauce (which was the chefs kiss) Highly recommended 👌

Very tasty food. Flammkuchen is always available, plus there's a menu of fresh specials displayed on the chalkboard. Great atmosphere and nice service. In summer there is a lot of outdoor seating and a delicious homemade minty lemonade.

Been meaning to try Cafe Pause for a long time on the recommendation of a girl friend. It was very good. I had home made fish and chips (both were quite good) and my wife had a salad. It was a lovely evening to sit outdoors. We were there at 1730 and it was not crowded at all. I asked the waitress and she said the place would pack out by 2000.
