This was a very nice experience. The ambience was excellent. I liked the quiet almost romantic feel to this restaurant. The appetizers we sampled were great and the grilled pork chop was done to perfection, tender and juicy without the aid of a marinate, bit rather a well balanced mix of herbs and spices that were not overwhelming. The staff was also very friendly, there when needed but not intrusive. I never imagined to dining like this inside of a retired coal mining building.
