The best about this place is the location and the fact that they don’t close between 14-17 hrs so you can get a bite at any time. The food did not taste that fresh, apart from the mash potatoes I would say it was frozen or re heated. Very disappointing considering the high prices per dish. Service was polite and welcoming, for us trying to get a little bit more information about the eventful city of Dresden.

We had the sauerbraten and pork knuckle, both were very good. The pork knuckle was much better than the one we had in Munich, tender in side and crispy outside, the dumplings were fresh. The beef was tender, the red cabbage was too salty to my liking. The service was excellent.

Traditional German cuisine. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant. The Sauerbraten and the wine were so delicious that I visited here on consecutive two days. Next time, I’ll come back to try the duck.
