Their concept is perfect for trying high-quality, sustainably sourced German comfort food with a fresh and modern twist. If you're on a first or private date and are only a couple of people (w/o reservation) then this might not be your place as they do sit you at the same table with another couple. Very unique restaurant with German specialities. Münchner Schnitzel with a hint of horseradish - super delicious! Potatoe salad as well as mixed salad very fresh and delicious. Home made juices and lemonades. The portions however are really huge! Super attentive service ✨ The whole dinner was amazing. Will definitely come back

We had lunch at HeimWerk Mitte today, and we had dinner here yesterday as well. Both visits were excellent. The pumpkin seed chicken schnitzel we had yesterday was delicious, and today’s beef schnitzel burger was equally impressive. The food was flavorful, fresh, and very satisfying. The service was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and welcoming. Its location is very central, and sitting outside allowed us to truly enjoy the vibe of the city. A place we were happy to return to — and one we would gladly visit again. Highly recommended.
