This morning we decided to go on a breakfast date to Due Baristi Espressobar. The place is lovely and the decor has a cozy flair. If you are on the go they have a little side window for all your needs. The chai latte and cappuccino were very good. The Laugen Focaccia very tasty and had just the right amount of filling. The chocolate cherry cake was tasty, but should have been warmed to enhance the flavours and add the illusion that it was freshly baked. Overall a wonder place for a breakfast date! Probably the best cafe we know in Hamburg. Living next street, this is our go to place for morning coffee, lunch and afternoon take away coffee. We immediately became regular customers. The place is lovely and has a very cosy / authentic atmosphere. Staff is friendly and fast, paninis and cakes are home made and delicious. Try the Toscanishe Apfel Torte, our new favourite. Prices are fair too. It really is the neighbourhood cafe everyone wishes for.
