Selected fruity beans as recommended. The first flat white was very German as it had large milk volume (according to the barista). I try another one with less milk, which I liked the intensity. Unfortunately, the milk frothing for the second flat white wasn’t as good as the first (temperature and too much foam). All in all a great cafe worth visiting. They market themselves as an Australian style espresso bar as the barista had lived there for 6 years. Would be great if half the cafes in Sydney had Epitome’s quality.

Good coffee. I took a cup of flat white, it tasted very mild, with slight bitterness. The coffee shop is a great place to drink warm coffee and eat sweet and spicy pumpkin pie on a cold and rainy autumn day. You can also buy Pantone cups and reusable glass coffee mugs as well as spicy chai.

We just had coffee. The Americanos were great. The view was very cool looking out over a square with a church across. If I lived close I would go again.
