Service a bit slow to take our order (they are perhaps a bit understaffed), but once they took it, the food did not take too long to come and, anyway, the wait was well worth it. The most delicious Phô I have eaten Germany-wide! My husband's dish was also fantastic: fresh and well cooked. Hope this place will become established in Erfurt
