The food is quite OK (for a Kebab type of place); the service however is terrible. Very friendly and smiling but the guy who came to take the order didn't know anything. Do you have Coke zero? Don't know, have to check. Do you have still water? Don't know, have to check. What's the difference between a Pita and Tasche? Don't know, have to ask... Come on, if you work here, have the courtesy to know what you sell!!! Annoyingly unprofessional. I went inside and ordered direct at the counter... For take-out perfect, to dine-in a disaster... Payment only in cash

We had planned to eat at the Royal today. We've been there several times before and have always received friendly service. Normally, we're given a menu and asked what we'd like to drink first. Unfortunately, today was completely different: we weren't given a menu and were instead asked directly, in an unfriendly tone, what we wanted to order. Since we didn't have a menu, we obviously couldn't say what we wanted to eat. Friendly service and a smooth, efficient experience should be standard practice. I've been ordering food from there lately, both for delivery and service. I'm very surprised by the extremely fast delivery times. I ordered yesterday and the food was already on my table after just 14 minutes. Absolutely commendable! Our orders have always been delivered correctly, and I find the prices very reasonable. When we recently dined at the restaurant itself, there was nothing to complain about either. The service and food were excellent! I especially love the cream sauce!
