Ohh the last time I was in this restaurant was about 15yrs ago 🤯, it left a mark on me then and definitely today 😋 we had the Rumpsteak and truffle sauce, and lamb steak with pepper sauce, potion were big and the food comes with 2sides 😳 I mean for the price. I enjoyed this meal, beef was perfectly cook, I will be back sooner this time.

It came as surprise to find such fine restaurant in Essen. Great Italian food, nice taste and really big portions. I almost forgot that normal people eat normal & big portions. On contrary to Holland where everything is expensive, but you also get midget portions. Capobianco has big menu with a lot of dishes to try. Tons of home made pizzas and some nice soups. If you are in prsuit for great Italian food in Essen downtown. Look no further.

Food was fantastic but the service was terrible. We had at least 5 different servers over the course of the evening. We waited 30 minutes for someone to bring the check but that didn't happen. We had to wave someone down and it took another 30 minutes to finally pay the bill. Also waited for at least 30 minutes for someone to wait on us initially. The people seated next to us stared the entire time with hatred in their eyes. Definitely didn't feel welcome.
