Early in the morning, the breakfast service was excellent. I had a delicious plate of eggs with bacon and potatoes, though I don't remember its name. The coffee was outstanding, and I'm quite particular about my coffee. I'll definitely return to try more items on the menu. The waitress was friendly and spoke English. Thanks!

Super cool Eiscafe just located in front of the Esslingen Rathaus. Been here twice whilst visiting Esslingen and the Eiscafe owners are just the best. They made our visit very special as we got to chat over different topics of conversations. They are top guys and the staffs in general are simple exceptional. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Esslingen to have a pop in and try their amazing cakes, drinks, coffees, food and above all, a relaxing time right in the middle of Esslingen with a great view of the Esslingen Burg 👍👍👍

What an absolute joke! We were lured into this cafe with the promise of a relaxing afternoon, only to be slapped in the face with the most ridiculous service imaginable. Despite the "open" sign glowing brightly and a full hour before their posted closing time, we were treated like an inconvenience the second we sat down. "Kitchen's closed!" the server barked at us, as if we were idiots for daring to expect, you know, service at a cafe. The gall was astounding. Other customers were still leisurely sipping their coffees and enjoying their meals, while we were essentially told to get lost. It

The cafe is in the most touristy and beautiful part of the city, but it is terrible when it comes to dealing with clients. Today was my second try and, again, disappointed! I ordered an espresso at the counter and a kind employee asked me to choose one of the free tables to sit. And so I did, got a table without a “reserved” sign. The coffee arrived and 5 minutes later, another employee simply informed me that I should move because the table was reserved. Sorry?!? I tried to ask: “What do you mean?, Where is the sign?” but was told that if I would like to stay longer, I should find another pl
