Very nice and pleasant restaurant with good atmosphere for a nice dinner with friends or family. The style of the place is a hunting theme with lots of wood elements, decoration and colors. It offers tradition German dishes so I recommend checking it out if you are a tourist. I recommend the fried apple slices with ice cream as a dessert. Convenient location in the centre of the town.

Nice restaurant, obviously located in the (wine) cellar. Located in the middle of the town, you need to park close by. Service is friendly, when entering the restaurant you will pass the kitchen ( and other dinner areas). The cellar is located in the back with a couple of stairs to take. The room has a nice touch but mainly made of stone. We had steak for dinner as this place is famous for it. This is recommended, as it was really good. I just had a beer but there is a large wine selection. Nice place to have dinner.

The service was attentive and friendly. The ambience in the wine cellar was breathtaking. Unfortunately, the food was not at the level we expected. We had onion roast with fried potatoes and deer ragout. As a starter we had a cheese platter with Obazda. And for dessert Kaiserschmarn with cranberries. Unfortunately, we didn’t like it. The vine was good.
