I ordered a pork knuckle here. From the first bite it was extremely hard to chew, which already felt a bit suspicious. Halfway through the dish I discovered why: the meat right next to the bone was still raw. Naturally, I stopped eating and called the waitress. I was told raw pork meat was “normal.” Apparently, undercooked pork is just part of the experience here. As a solution, they offered me a cup of coffee.
