I went to Markt 1 with some colleagues, and we totally enjoyed our dinner! The restaurant offers an interesting choice, that includes typical Turingian dishes as well as other German ones. I took a Rinderroulade and it did definitely met my expectations!

Excellent value for money. Very pleasant atmosphere with super friendly staff. The food was beautifully presented and the quality was outstanding. The homemade bread with the homemade garlic dip, which was served beforehand, was especially delicious.

The food was absolutely delicious; the liver was unbeatable, so tender and juicy, and the meat dishes were a delight. The waitress happily accommodated every request we made, even those not on the menu. The suggestion to order the pear parcels as a starter for four people was excellent. The cocktails were also fantastic. What was especially great was the waitress's attentive service; we didn't have to wait long for our drinks. We will definitely be back and give it 5 stars.
