The food is delicious, but the delivery times are a disaster. When I ordered, I was told it would take an hour to arrive due to high demand. After two hours, the food still hadn't arrived, and I couldn't reach anyone by phone. If you can't deliver, you shouldn't accept any more orders. If my food does eventually arrive, I won't accept it.

We've been ordering from here regularly for many years and have never had any complaints. It's all the more disappointing, then, that for the first time, an order was delivered incorrectly, and all we were told on the phone was that there's no replacement unless we pay for it again. Now my son is stuck with a pita bag that has everything on it that wasn't ordered, and I have to make a special trip to get a new one elsewhere. I'm really very upset about this. It's a shame; we would have expected more understanding and a better solution from a long-standing customer service provider.

-- ORDERED FROM UBER EATS -- Wow! For a "grilling expert," this pizza is so much better than most Italians manage. Absolutely delicious! The gyros is extremely well-seasoned, fantastically grilled, and topped with hollandaise or Metaxa—a dream come true. Everything arrived ahead of schedule and piping hot. I'll definitely be ordering from here more often. Highly recommended!

I was only able to reach the restaurant by phone two hours after placing my order, and it still hasn't arrived. When I asked where my food was, the employee started yelling at me, saying, "If you don't like it, don't order from here again" and "Just buy somewhere else." Frankly, this is neither the behavior of a restaurant nor of a business owner. I was reprimanded by two people on the phone simply for asking about my late order. Is this kind of behavior normal?
