I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pizzeria Etna. I haven't experienced such poor service in a long time. The wait was absolutely unacceptable. Despite the stated delivery time, I had to wait considerably longer without receiving any information or apology. When you order food, you at least expect the promised delivery time to be reasonably met, or that you will be informed of any delays. Even more frustrating was the fact that the pizzeria was completely unreachable by phone. I tried calling several times to inquire about the status of my order – without success. No one answe

Ordered via Lieferando and was extremely disappointed. My custom pizza was missing the toppings I wanted, but of course, I was still charged extra. The lasagna I ordered arrived with the wrong base, and the spring rolls were missing the sweet and sour sauce I ordered. I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone to point out the errors. I let it ring three times, but nothing. The delivery itself didn't arrive in the usual insulated containers. We ordered an hour ago and nothing has arrived. We can't reach anyone and the people in the store aren't answering the phone. I wouldn't recommend them.
