Fabulous service and food. I arrived late with only 20 minutes before the kitchen closed, yet was warmly welcomed, seated, and happily served. The incredibly friendly waitress recommended the cod, and it’s easily the best fish fillet I’ve had in a very long time. Perfectly light, crisp batter; juicy, flaky fish; plus a delicious potato salad and classic sauce tartare on the side. Simple food done absolutely right. Highly recommended!

We came very early, and we ordered first their Apfel-Kräuter Fassbrause, a very palatable drink. We ordered couple of main and side dishes. My order had no fried fish and sadly it was a little dry, even tho it was covered with mustard sauce, it was not enough. Everyone else's dish was good. The woman serving us was very attentive and cordial.

The restaurant is excellent. It tends to be quite busy, so I would recommend making a reservation in advance. The food was delicious, the service was professional and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

The food here was really delicious, fresh and perfectly prepared – truly a place that lives up to its reputation when it comes to fish dishes. However, I had a rather disappointing service experience. I kindly asked the waiter if I could switch my tea to a coffee, and his only reply was “it’s ready”. In the end, I just received a cup of hot water with a teabag, which felt very underwhelming, especially in such a well-known restaurant with such great cuisine. I really hope the management improves the service quality to match the outstanding food.
