Ordered one of the items on offer and ordered the large one. Since I don't go that regular in subway I asked the guy to make the standard item which is good. And he did. When billing I asked for the pepsi as well and he gave it only to find out that they had a Menü option by which I would have gotten at the same price a cookie also, which the guy didn't even mention ! Is this too much to ask when a customer orders a meal you offer a Menü Option to make it more value for money?!

Absolutely abysmal service. I stood at the counter for at least five minutes waiting for staff, only to be rudely told to move to the front. So I did, and then they served a customer who arrived after me. I had told the server I only wanted a chicken teriyaki. Never again, sorry 😤

Unfortunately, today was a complete disappointment. I'm a frequent customer at Subway, but I've never experienced a server being so stingy with the ingredients. The meat on the Chicken Teriyaki, in particular, was so thinly topped that you couldn't taste it at all; it felt like you were just eating bread. The server was wearing a name tag with the name Vica on it. If something like this happens again, I will avoid this branch and go to a different one.
