What disappoints me is the attitude of some of the staff, especially one shorter, slightly bald employee. He often comes across as if he is doing customers a favor rather than providing service. The way he hands over food can feel rushed and unfriendly, which takes away from the overall experience. Queens Döner serves some of the best döner in Harburg. I ordered durum with mixed sauce I got a kebab without sauce. Plus, they didn't have fries, but they did offer fries to their regular customers. I'd advise treating all customers the same. fourth bite without sauce.

A very busy eatery with reasonable price and great quantity of food. However the waiting time was a bit too much on the day I visited as they were having a discounted price sale. The Döners are very filling. They put a lot of meat inside.

The food was amazing! Great portions, too much in fact we couldn’t finish it. Great service the chef also gave us complementary fries for free. The food is also VERY CHEAP. 4 Euro for a doner?! He is very kind, generous and I would definitely come here again. Totally recommend going to doner queen!
