Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The food was cold and wouldn’t even get warm again. On top of that, it didn’t taste fresh at all. The service is okay, but mainly because you order through self-service terminals. The staff themselves are friendly, which is probably the only positive point. Another big issue is the traffic situation on the parking lot – CATASTROPHIC. Large trucks that are clearly too big for this area are driving through the parking lot, which feels unsafe and completely poorly managed. Overall, not a good experience and definitely not recommended.

Extremely bad service. Completely unprofessional stuff. Waiting time for take away is more than 30 min and often with missing orders. Please double check what you ordered and what you received.

I used the driveway and the whole thing took so long that by the time I got my food the fries were completely cold and the ice cream was completely melted. Actually, they should return my money.
