Worst icecream ever! Went there today spaghetti bacio eis was freezer burnt and the chocolate candy pice es on there were so old the wouldn’t even melt. My daughter had th cookie beach and now has diarrhea. We ordered an erdbeer Becher and it took longer than 45 minutes to arrive we decided to ask them to remove it from our check and let us pay. Horrible place! Save your money.

Being coming here since 2004 for gelato and dealing with the attitude from the lady since 2004, but yesterday was the final straw. We decided to buy gelato and sit down at one of the many empty tables, only to be told by the same lady that we had to leave because we did not order from the table service at the same location. Very disappointing customer service after more than 20 years of supporting this place.

(Visiting from USA) If you have any allergies, please be careful with this place! Not a lot of English spoken, very high risk for cross, contamination, especially with nuts and gluten! Luckily, my husband got a scoop of chocolate, which was clear of both, and they used the same scoop for my vanilla and they added a waffle cone garnish on top that I took off and ended up being fine! Very good gelato!!

Lovely little ice cream stop in the center of the shopping district. It’s normally busy so that’s a good sign of good food. I got the strawberry yogurt dish and it was awesome. Staff helped work through the language barrier. My German is not good but we did the point at a picture and it worked perfect. Only semi down side was everyone around me was smoking so it kind of ruined some the sweet taste with a bad smell but that’s Europe outside dining for you. Will be back 100% Went back many times and my only negative review is that the people that check tables, never check tables and check to se
