What a nice restaurant gem in Karlsruhe. I stumbled into the place without any expectations and left impressed. I had the seven course menu with wine pairing and it was just beautiful, delicious and the service impeccable. I will let the pictures speak for themselves- highly recommend to ensure yourself into this unpretentious and wonderful experience delivered by a young couple who had made the jump into the tough restaurant scene.

6 years in KA and this is the best restaurant I've eaten in. Fine dining, great atmosphere, service and considering inflation, at a fair price. We met another couple and all had the 3 course menu. each course was well presented, extremely inventive and exquisite. We can't wait to go back.

The location is beautiful and the food excellent . It’s expensive but you get quality for what you pay. It makes for a very nice dinner in a pleasant atmosphere. Only two points why not 5 stars. 1) the mark-up on wines seems to be very high. I bought a Chardonnay Kopp am Altenberg 2019 for 60 euro, while retail price is around 20. This means a mark-up of around 200%. Seems to be a lot for a bottle with such price. 2) a “weinstube” could do with a professional sommelier to really guide the customers through the vast choice.
