Ordered via Lieferando today and was disappointed for the first time. First, the positives: The stated delivery time of 59 minutes was met. However, from the initial notification on Lieferando that the driver was on his way until the order actually arrived, about 40 minutes passed. That's quite a long time from Bürrig to Opladen Neustadt. Regarding the quality of the food: The fries were cold, as were the cevapcici, which were also oily. The gyros was barely lukewarm and gristly. You can do better, and I'm used to better from you.
