I am so sad of what it became Édit: you asked « what is the problem with your sushi? » The quality. The reis you use is not adapted for sushi, it is overcooked and tastes nothing. The fish is not the same quality and the flavor inexistant. The bowl came completely messed up without so many ingredients and again low quality flavorless ones. I cannot believe you didn’t ate the plate from the restaurant you bought, and that you cannot compare with the product you sales
