Have been here now three times and it is a very unique and historic location. I had the Wiener Schnitzel with fried potato and a little cucumber salad with dill. 37eueo for the Schnitzel, that is basically the top end of any Schnitzels and I have to admit, it was very very tasty. For my opinion could be a bit bigger for that price but the taste was very good. I was happy and I would and will come again and will eat it again. Had a light big beer from the tab, that was very delicious. Will come again

"Schiffergesselschaft", I hope I'm spelling this right, has the aura of an old, rowdy food hall. It has a marvelous atmosphere and is so uniquely beautifully decorated and presented. The seating is unorthodox, but it works. The staff is highly professional. Not once did we feel missed. If anything, we felt they had a plan. The food and drink was hood. Excellent braised pork and salmon, and wonderful labskaus. The schnitzel might have been a bit lacking, though our standards are high, and we did feel the red cabbage portion a tad overwhelming. Historic building with quite delicious food. Children meal has vegetables with like strong curry spices, that wasn’t delicious to them, portions are small. Fish was ok, mustard sauce wasn’t my favourite. Steak was delicious, fried potatoes too. Chanterelle and potatoe soup was tasty, but very small size. Bread was the usual, not home made, neither warm. Prices are quite high for what you get. Overall nice experience but better not to have high expectations for food.
