Yesterday, I visited an Arabic restaurant for the first time because I wanted to experience Arabic cuisine and try dishes I had always been curious about. It was truly an amazing experience. From the warm welcome and respectful service to the delicious food and careful presentation, everything was excellent. We were four people and were offered four different appetizers and four different main dishes, including both lamb and beef options. The food was okay, and the portions were quite large. The first lamb chop came with a burnt layer on top, even though we had asked for medium-well. The second time, they cooked the lamb chop medium-rare, which showed that they can adjust the cooking properly. However, they need to understand that the best approach is simply to follow what the customer requests. Overall, the service and food were good, and hopefully next time the experience will be even better.
