(Yes, I had to split the word like that to show just how impressed I am!) The food is beyond delicious. Every dish looked incredible and tasted even better. Not a single item we ordered disappointed us. The duck was amazingly crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy inside. The salmon was perfectly cooked and beautifully seasoned. And the pho was everything a great bowl of pho should be: rich, flavourful, and incredibly comforting.
