Popular spot in the neighbourhood. Great sweet rolls. I got the cinnamon one, which was not too sweet, had a hint of salt, and a strong cinnamon flavour. I really liked it. That said, it’s quite expensive compared to other spots in Cologne. €4.20 for a portion, with sizes varying depending on who cuts it, though you sometimes get more if it’s an edge piece. Plenty of indoor seating and toilets available.

I really liked this place. Their famours cinnamon rolls with different flavours such as blueberry, walnut, etc are really delicious.. Servers are kind, good looking and speak very good English. I liked their coffee too. Sundays especially can be very crowded

There was a line. I went in planning to get a cinnamon roll, but the wait was going to be 3–5 minutes and I didn’t want to stand around, so I grabbed the chocolate one instead — still excellent. The dough is the real highlight: soft, rich, and perfectly baked. Instant regret: I should’ve bought more. It also seems to be connected to Zeit für Brot’s Cologne branch.

Stayed down the street for a few weeks, so I made it my personal mission to try all the pastries. Everything was fresh and yummy. Cappuccinos were frothy and good. I tried the homemade blueberry yogurt as well. Sourdough bread was heavenly. There's always a line for this place, but definitely worth the wait. I think the walnut cinnamon roll was my favorite, next up apple strudel.
