On our way from Hamburg to Kiel, we made a stop in Neumünster and discovered "Eisflecken" (Ice Cream Spots). This small ice cream parlor is run by a young couple with a baby and immediately won us over with its charming atmosphere. We tried several different waffles: an eggnog waffle for me and strawberry waffles with hot cherries for my daughters. Everything was incredibly delicious, fresh, and looked fantastic.
