This Starbucks has a fantastic location right in the heart of the tourist area. After walking around the city, I chose to stop here for a drink and a break — and I could even charge my phone while relaxing. It’s a great spot to rest or do some work in a laid-back atmosphere. Another thing I really liked: the staff here are super friendly and welcoming.

Asked for a straw and was refused while other customers around me had one with the same drink. The staff ended the conversation with 'thank you for understanding' when I was still talking and never agreed to anything. Rude and inconsistent service.

Four months ago, the same employee took my order incorrectly. His name is starting with K. At that time, he apologized and corrected the mistake, so I gave a high rating. Today, my order was taken incorrectly AGAIN. When I pointed it out, the same employee did not even apologize, and I still had to pay for something I did not want. I have been going to Starbucks in many countries for years — this is absolutely unacceptable!!! And they were rude. I had to drink something i do not want.

One of my favorite places in the city to pass the time and work on my novel! The drinks and food are fairly pricey, but I can usually order one large drink and have it last 2 hours or so, so it's worth it for me! Their carrot cake is one of my favorite things in the world, and I order it every time I go! The staff is very friendly and patient with me trying out my sub-par German language skills to order, and the atmosphere is always lively and welcoming!
