I had dinner from Kahani during my recent visit to Passau. The restaurant is exquisitely furnished in Indian decor and well set up. There was also a lot of seating outside in the patio with a view of the Danube. I was on cycling trip in Germany along the Danube and was really missing the Indian cuisine. I had non veg thali and it brought in the real taste of the Indian dishes with the right amount of spices. Although it was late and near closing time they were kind enough to serve the food and drinks and also stayed a bit longer. I met Mr Asok kumar who is the owner and had good and interes

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and we waited almost an hour for our food to arrive. To make matters worse, the food itself was below average and did not meet our expectations. I would rate the food 2 out of 5. Considering the long wait and poor food quality, the overall experience was not worth it.

Trishita and the entire team were incredibly supportive and attentive, taking great care to accommodate all our needs and make our special day memorable. The food was absolutely brilliant and delicious, and the service was exceptional. The whole team was warm, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience. We would highly recommend Kahaani to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a memorable celebration.
