I was really looking forward to visiting the restaurant, after seeing the menu. I was disappointed. I guess i had built my expectations up too high. I would say based on my experience, removing expectation, it was a 3.5/5. The food was ok, the service was super slow and i had to go back to ask for our desserts (after waiting 30 mins for strudel!). I would not visit again, based on this experience - but it was not terrible. This place rocks! Excellent food for its value. After searching for some authentic food we had bad luck getting reservations; my wife and I decided.. okay we will try one more German Cuisine place or move on to other fare. We met with the server up front; without a reservation, hoping for the best. He squeezed us in and looked like he was running the whole dining room solo. Fast, friendly and courteous.
