They made a mistake with my order, only received one chicken nuggets with fries and didn’t even receive the two extra ketchup I paid for. The lady on the phone didn’t even apologize until I mentioned it. She said it would take 30 minutes and now it’s almost an hour. The order was for my kids dinner and even though they shared it, I’m disappointed with the service and definitely not going to order again. Lesson learned. Thank you Moena.

The service is absolutely awful. It is Ramadan, we ordered food 1 hour before iftar since it said that we will get it maximum in 40 minutes. Then it appeared on the app that the food was delivered even tho we did not get our food, we called them 3 times and each time they said that the food is on the way and we got it an hour later than what we were told and we were not even able to track it. Also they did not even apologise for the delay! Plus the corners of the pizzas were burned and one of them was extremely salty.
