One of the best places in Cologne, alongside Rhein. The atmosphere is relaxed and cheerful. Great choice of drinks and foods, very good quality and delicious. Perfect for sunny and warm days, with great view. Nice vibe also indoors during colder rainy days. And the service is very nice. Definitely recommend.

The Alte Liebe is a lovely restaurant on a boat that is visited by locals and tourists both. I've been there a few times and always had a pleasant experience. The biggest upside is the excellent atmosphere and beautiful experience of being on a boat on the rhine river. I was there for a company Christmas party and we had a fantastic time. The only downside was the buffet and its complete absence of any seasoning. Besides that we had a great party. We came back for a quick bite just recently and also had a good time. My partner had the vegan burger, which was decent, and I had the piri piri c
