Customer service is fine, but some of them barely speak or understand German, since most of them are Italian. However when I ordered flat white, i got instead black coffee, which was unfortunate! I wouldn’t say the place is bad, coffee also tasted good, but I would say recommend Caffe Izzy, they have wonderful baristas there and amazing waiters, who will make any order for you possible!

Went there for 2 consecutive days. Big portions for a pretty fair price. Ice was incredibly tasty. One of the best pistachio ice I had so far. Definitely recommended. 👍

I go every there week when I used to never eat ice cream before, so that alone shows how much I love this place. Most flavors are great, my favorites being pistazien and himbereen rafaello. Minus : - no fidelity card although it's a bit expensive - the standard waffle size is too small and barely hold one ball = melting mess Today I saw a woman ordering inside without mask. She should have been called out and not be served, but instead they disinfected the area she did stand in front of, right after she left with her ice cream.
