The food was absolutely delicious, and we especially loved the seasonal white asparagus with hollandaise sauce. The quality of the food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. The only downsides was that A) it was a bit on the expensive side and B) the menu was a bit confusing and resulted in some confusion when ordering. The waiter, while mostly nice, still had a judgmental tone in his voice when we were placing our orders that irked us a little bit. Overall, still a pleasant experience.

The entrees here are delicious and large portions! I highly recommend the pork schnitzel, shrimp scampi, pork medallions, and white fish. The price may be slightly higher than other local fare but you won't be disappointed.

Nice restaurant with good, traditional German food. Only complaint: They served me a glass of redwine which should have been good for the price but the bottle had clearly been open for too many days, alternatively stored in too high temperatures. By experience, it is pointless to complain about that on site so I did not pursue it.

Best restaurant in Schwerin. Kind service, nice atmosphere, good wine, delicious lava cake. We came several times during our short stay :)
