Rude manager. One of our burgers was prepared incorrectly, and when we politely asked for it to be corrected, the manager on duty was rude and dismissive. The front-counter staff were friendly and helpful, but the manager was unapologetic and made an otherwise simple issue unpleasant. Customer service from management needs improvement.

Food was weird, lukewarm even though just prepared??? Coupons don't work even though it says on the app it does work, so deception to top it off... so be prepared to pay full 16 euros for a burger menu, or you'll have to go somewhere else.

theres a wide range of food available and it's all very good and the place is pretty clean and tidy. the only issue i had was the fact that only one cash register was open so a bit of a queue started forming and only the one person at the register was available for any issues people had with their food
