I was told that the best descriptor for Croatian cuisine was "meat" which does ring true to what I got served here. A bunch of different meats that didn't taste all that much different. They also rely a lot on fries instead of traditional potato dishes as a side. And deep fried schnitzel. The starter salad was a regular and overly simple combination of common salad stuff with a lot of dressing. Everything is kind of germanized and that reflects in the regular clientele with a lot of older German folk. Which I feel like is a shame. Service was good but food was terrible. Salad was boring with a kilo of very creamy dressing was heavy and really rich. The plesjavica (possibly spelled incorrectly) was really thick and dry. I won't be going back, I will wait until my local guys return from vacation.
