The waiters were super nice and the place is very cute. We ordered matcha with my friend and it was not very good though. It tasted like water + matcha without taste.. maybe it was a mistake from this batch because all the other comments left here were praising the matchas..

Worst matcha I have ever tried, I ordered a matcha with coconut milk and mango. I could only taste water and matcha. It felt like it was made 2 days ago.

A staff member cut in front of me at the door without a word. Another made eye contact inside and immediately looked away. I sat on the terrace for quite a while — no one came to take an order, or even acknowledge I was there. The concept of customer service seems to be more of a suggestion here than a practice. Potential wasted.
