I only stayed for one night during travel. The dinner was really good with fresh asparagus. Same applicable for Breakfast with sufficient offerings. The room was very small after I received another room as the booked room was missing curtains. Bathroom was good and clean enough. Bed was poor and very soft mattress. With no airco and only fans the room was very warm (it was 25 degrees outside) which caused a moderate sleep experience

We had a 22 man brunch, which I can only say far exceeded my expectations. The bread rolls were fresh and more than enough, the meats and cheeses were fresh and plentiful. The Hotel Rahserhof in my opinion, is by far the best hotel (that I have visited) in the city of Viersen. I travel to Viersen quite often, as the headquarter of the company I work for is in Viersen. Rahserhof has everything that a business traveler (like me) is looking for: Exquisite service at the reception, a lot of friendliness when receiving the guests ( looking very familiar).
