I had already gone to a dinner in the dark in Strasbourg and the food was great, with lots of different combinations and textures that made the sensorial experience very interesting.Price was even cheaper than in this restaurant.I am extremely disappointed by the food that was served here. Canteen food, no effort at all. For the price you pay, it's shocking. Definitely not worth the money, as you can quickly identify the one canned food that is in your plate. Seeing the dishes afterwards is even worse. I do not recommend the dinner in the dark in this restaurant. Wine tasting maybe as the win

The visit to the dark restaurant was a very special experience overall, one I can recommend. Breakfast itself was perfectly fine, and it was impressive to gain insight into the perception of blind people. However, the atmosphere suffered considerably due to the way people communicated. First, I have to warn you: it's very challenging, if not impossible, for people with claustrophobia! Unfortunately, it made me feel really bad; I wish I'd known beforehand...it's not mentioned anywhere. Second, the food was just so-so...which is really unacceptable for the price. However, the waiters were very friendly and attentive. At the end of the evening, we were given a book about Wetzlar as a gift :) So, if you don't have any phobias, it could be really exciting for you :)
