Coffee is usually good here, but today the service was not. I ordered one double espresso and was charged for two. When I asked to cancel and re-pay correctly, I was told it wasn’t possible and that he’d need to cover it personally. After insisting (which shouldn’t be the case towards a customer), I did get a refund, but the way it was handled felt confrontational. Mistakes happen but how they are resolved matters! I add 3 stars because the rest of the staff that they have served me so far were polite and professionals.

Multiple delicious brunch options, some of them plant-based, available. The crossaints sent me to a different dimension - a perfect buttery, soft and crisp heaven. Although we waited quite a while (30 min) for our food because lots of people had to be served, it was most absolutely worth it.
